Zygmunt Bialkowski, Jr. represents individuals, businesses, corporations, and governmental bodies in a variety of litigation matters, including employment claims (sexual harassment, race, national origin, disability and age discrimination cases, wrongful discharge, defamation, slander, and other state law and constitutional claims), civil rights, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, construction contracts, and toxic torts. His practice also includes representing insurance companies in bad faith, insurance coverage, and uninsured/underinsured motorist matters.

Zyg has served as Zone Governor on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Zone Director for the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and Life Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation.

Zyg is a former President of the Lackawanna Bar Association and The Dickinson School of Law General Alumni Association. He is former Trustee of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, and has served as the Chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security and as a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Investment Advisory Board.

Zyg is a mediator for the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania, a Special Trial Master for the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, and is engaged regularly as a mediator or arbitrator by private parties.
