Robert Schweiger joined Margolis Edelstein in 2015 as an associate at the Harrisburg Office. His areas of practice include civil rights litigation, general liability, slip and fall cases, automobile and trucking accidents, insurance coverage and bad faith, first and third party insurance claims, and medical malpractice.
Rob joined Margolis Edelstein after clerking for the Honorable Douglas W. Herman at the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin and Fulton Counties, Pennsylvania. During his tenure at the courthouse, Rob assisted in a variety of complex civil matters, including medical malpractice, automobile accident, and slip and fall cases.
Rob graduated with honors from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2013. While there, he served as the business editor for Widener Law Review. As a certified legal intern in the Widener Criminal Defense Clinic, Rob provided pro bono legal representation to indigent criminal defendants in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
