Kelsey E. Beerer is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice group in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein. Her practice focuses on representing both public and private employers in litigation and arbitration involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, unfair competition, and wage and hour claims.
Kelsey also provides employment counseling on a broad spectrum of day-to-day matters, including discipline, terminations, leaves of absence, and wage and hour issues. Kelsey has experience in handling workplace investigations and also assists employers in drafting policies, handbooks, and employment-related agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal laws while also serving employers’ individual business needs.
Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Kelsey served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John A. Parkins, Jr. of the Superior Court of New Castle County, Delaware. In addition, she also served as a law clerk at E*TRADE Financial Corporation, the National Labor Relations Board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and Jackson Lewis, P.C. where she worked primarily on labor and employment matters.
Kelsey graduated from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. While at American, Kelsey was a Senior Staff member of the Administrative Law Review.
