Daniel Rowley is an associate in the firm’s casualty litigation department where he defends insured and self-insured entities in a variety of litigation matters. Daniel joined the firm after graduating from Villanova University School of Law in 2016. While at Villanova Law, Daniel was the recipient of the Arthur J. Kania Scholarship Award and gained hands-on experience in the legal field through a series of externships. Daniel served as a Litigation Strategist/Research Assistant at Console Legal, LLC, where he provided legal assistance for a wide range of legal issues including: real estate law, civil liability, debt collections, and contractor liability in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Daniel served as a Law Clerk at Bonner Kiernan Trebach & Crociata, LLP, specifically helping in areas of premises liability and medical malpractice. Daniel was also employed at the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General for the Department of Consumer Protection. Here, Daniel concentrated on the research and prosecution of payday lending schemes.
Prior to law school, Daniel served as a Legal Clerk and Legal Assistant at the Defenders’ Association of Philadelphia in the Department of Alternative Sentencing.
Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, where he majored in Urban Studies. Daniel also played in the 2008 USA Rugby National Championships in Pittsburgh, PA, helping his team place seventh in the country.
